A hotel that has earned its five stars in every way.

The location was lovely, quite area not too far from the beach - hourly free shuttle bus to and from the beach (walk into town from beach is 10/15 mins along the beach) The food was very good and 5 star breakfast buffet. Paradise Island is very good also, hoverer prices are a little expensive. Excellent gold on site.
The laundry service is far too expensive! No pool service- expected at a 5 star hotel. Staff not always willing to help. Hotel is not suitable for under 2'S. Swimming pools too cold for children. Private childcare service is excellent but again very expensive - minimum is 2 hours at 32 euros. General lack of information on what there is to do at the hotel, we discovered many things in the last few days of our stay.

The rooms were very spacious and clean.
The mattresses were a bit on the hard side. The distance to the center was a bit far, the shuttle bus should have been driving more often. Also not quite clear where the stop was.

The hotel is beautiful as are the rooms and the reception staff are excelllent.
1) I checked in at 12.45pm and thought I would get a drink to relax after our long journey and the bar closed 10 minutes early so we couldn't. 2) The night receptionist that checked us in failed to inform us about useful things such as your beach facility and also your courtesy bus 3) Your internet was down for the first 2 days

They offered early check-in and late check-out, the rooms were spacious enough to accommodate a second suitcase and had a cozy atmosphere, the location was central and the hotel was bright and ideal.

The location near top-class restaurants at the Marina and vibrant nightlife around Sep/Oct was amazing, and I enjoyed dining at a nearby tapas restaurant.

The hotel was everything that we had hoped for and expected from the descriptions. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly, and almost all were completely fluent in English. The tone was set on our arrival, when we were informed that, due to high occupancy, we had been upgraded to a junior suite....the room was fantastic! The pool areas were superb and there was never any difficulty in getting a lounger. Despite the hotel being about 2 miles from both the beach and marina, the courtesy bus service made venturing out beyond the hotel very easy. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with an extensive choice.
Only a minor criticism, as the Marina offered more than enough choice, but during our stay, one of the hotel's restaurants was closed, and the other main restaurant offered only a limited choice on the menu.
